Michael J. Mendez's Bio
Mr. Mendez represents private and public clients in business, real estate, personal injury, and property damage matters. Before joining the Quinn Covarrubias team, Mr. Mendez worked as an extern both for the Sacramento County Office of the Public Defender, and for the California Community Colleges Chancellor’s Office in the Office of General Counsel.
Mr. Mendez is a San Francisco Bay Area native who graduated from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law in 2021. While attending law school, Mr. Mendez completed a concentration in Capital Lawyering and Policymaking, authoring an article for McGeorge’s 2020 California Initiative Review. Mr. Mendez also studied freedom of expression at the University of Salzburg under retired Supreme Court Justice Anthony Kennedy.
Prior to law school, Mr. Mendez attended San Jose State University where he majored in English. He graduated in 2014.
Mr. Mendez is admitted to practice in the State of California.
