Ms. Green represents private clients in civil litigation, covering a variety of areas of law including contracts, personal injury, property damage and employment. Although Ms. Green has represented plaintiffs, she primarily focuses on representing defendants. Ms. Green also defends railroad companies in cases brought under the Federal Employer’s Liability Act. Ms. Green has represented clients in every step of litigation, from the pleadings stage through trial in California state courts.
During law school, Ms. Green served as a summer law clerk to both the Hon. David S. Prince of the Fourth Judicial District of Colorado and the Hon. David R. Chaffee (Ret.) of the Orange County Superior Court. Ms. Green also served as President of Outside the Law, a student organization, and as a law school representative to the Michigan State University Student-Faculty Hearing Board.
In addition to working as a lawyer, Ms. Green also serves as a Reservist in the United States Navy Reserve.
