Mr. Fischer represents private and public clients in civil litigation, including matters of premises liability, personal injury, property damage, and railroad-related disputes. Mr. Fischer’s prior legal experience includes family law, product liability, and real estate.
A native of southern California, Mr. Fischer received his bachelor's degree in creative writing from the University of California, Riverside, graduating in 2012. After several years working in the medical industry, Mr. Fischer pursued law school, earning his juris doctorate in 2020 from Southwestern Law School in Los Angeles.
Mr. Fischer resides in Oregon and is admitted to practice in Oregon and California.
