Ellen represents clients in civil litigation matters, including employment disputes, personal injury claims, and railroad-related matters.
Before joining Quinn Covarrubias, Ellen worked in London, UK, where she focused on white-collar matters and complex civil litigation, handling litigation disputes, sanctions matters, and regulatory investigations.
Ellen graduated from National University 'Odessa Law Academy' in Odessa, Ukraine, where she also later completed her Ph.D. Following graduation, she served as a judicial clerk at the Kiev District Court of Odessa. She later obtained an LL.M. in International Business Law from BPP University in London.
Ellen is admitted to practice in California, England & Wales, and Ukraine.
